Zack Sheppard
Store Manager

Zack was a founding owner of MOON Co-op in his home town of Oxford Ohio, where he helped open their store in 2010, serving first as Front End Manager, and later as General Manager.  Looking to relocate to Massachusetts, Zack joined the Berkshire Co-op family 2012, starting as Grocery Manager he has gone on to be our store’s Operations Manager, interim General Manager, and is currently the Store Manager.

Jordan Archey
Produce Manager

Jordan has served for the past two years as the Assistant Produce Manager. She comes to the new job with extensive experience of managing the department and has developed strong relationships with local farmers.  She is a true food lover and is always good for recipe ideas… just ask her!

Deirdre Blair
Grocery Manager

Deirdre is a Co-op veteran, having served in several positions over more than a decade of experience.  Most recently, Deirdre was the Bulk Lead and served as Department Manager before this new opportunity became available.  Deirdre started in her new position last week  and is already bringing good things to the grocery staff and to the product selection.

Cian Dalzell
Wellness Manager

If there was an award for most departments worked in the Co-op, Cian might be a shoe-in  He has served in Produce, Grocery, Wellness, Front End and more.  Most recently, Cian served as our Special Projects Coordinator, helping to create systems and efficiency in matters like customer service, training, community outreach and promotions.

He comes to us after extensive experience in the food world including time in restaurants and local grocery stores.  Travis is looking forward to feeding us all with healthy, creative and delicious hot bar food, sandwiches, soups and prepared meals.

Jake Levin
Meat Sea & Cheese Manager

Jake spent that last few years as the Co-op’s Produce Manager and he was great in that position. However, his passions were always in meat.  He is a trained nose-to-tail butcher with a passion for local food and is bringing all of that knowledge and passion to the meat counter.
