Jenny’s Nori Wraps April 28th, 2018

Simpler than sushi and every bit as tasty, nori wraps are a great way to celebrate spring veggies.


  • Nori, cut into 2 inch squares
  • Assorted julienned spring vegetables

Dip 1: Spicy Korean Bibimbap Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seed oil
  • 1/4 cup of fermented sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lightly toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water

Dip 2: Miso Sesame Ginger Dressing (store bought)


Assemble vegetables as desired and add your favorite sauce, fold like a taco and enjoy!
