When we think of spring, we think GREEN!
Dandelion greens are high in vitamins and also packed full of iron. It’s best to harvest dandelion greens in the early spring, when they are young and small for the best flavor.
Dandelion egg noodles are a tasty way to use up the abundance of these available greens. They are also great in soup, toss with some pesto or just mix with some butter and sprinkle with
pepper for a delightful dish. Attendees will also learn how to make a delicious green smoothie that is perfect for the warm days ahead.
