There’s no better way to make sure your kids ace lunch this year then to get them in on the act!

This colorful wrap will get them inspired to make their own lunch every day!

Rainbow Wrap

Ingredients

1 tomato, diced
1 carrot, grated or sliced
1 yellow pepper, diced
1/2 cup of spinach or lettuce, chopped
1/4 cup of blueberries, sliced in half
1/4 cup of red cabbage, shredded
1 whole wheat tortilla
1/4 cream cheese
3 tablespoons parsely, chopped

Stir the parsley into the creamcheese and spread the mixture onto the tortilla.

Build your rainbow.

Fold bottom up. Fold top down. Fold left side over.

Cut in half, if desired.

Enjoy!
