BOTTLED KOMBUCHA TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE:
Due to labeling concerns, our distributors have stopped shipping bottled Kombucha. Federal law requires all products containing more than 0.5%* alcohol be labeled as such. Due to concerns that some kombucha products may have elevated alcohol levels, our distributors have stopped shipping all brands of kombucha until this labeling issue is resolved.
In the meantime, the Berkshire Co-op Market will continue to sell our Bulk Kombucha from Aqua Vitea: http://www.aquavitea.com/Flashindex.html.
Aqua Vitea has been tested and alcohol levels are under .05%.
We will sell through our stock of bottled Kombucha and will bring this product back to our shelves as soon as possible.
