Host Your Event at the Co-op Pop-Up

Looking for a creative space with character? Our upstairs Pop-Up is open for community use: perfect for workshops, small gatherings, art shows, meetings, tastings, and more. It’s bright, flexible, and right in the heart of downtown Great Barrington.

Whether you’re a local maker, nonprofit, educator, or small business, the Pop-Up is your place to connect with the community. Rent by the hour, add optional support like staff assistance or use of our TV screen, and even pre-order food from the Co-op kitchen to make your event extra special.

The space reflects who we are: accessible, welcoming, and proudly DIY. From community art projects to cooking classes, it’s been home to all kinds of local creativity. We’d love to help you bring your idea to life here.

Rental Fees and Add-ons

Our pop-up space is available for rent at a base rate of $50 per hour. We also offer optional add-ons to enhance the rental experience for an additional hourly cost.

Rental requests must be submitted 30 days in advance of the requested rental date.

Basic Space Rental: Access to the pop-up space - $50

TV Screen: Use of our TV with HDMI input - $15

Staff Support: On-site assistance from a staff member - $25

Food Pre-Order Policy

Renters have the option to pre-order food from our kitchen to be served during their rental period. To ensure timely preparation, all food pre-orders must be placed at least one week in advance of the scheduled rental date.
