Quick Start

  • Owner Number & Card
    Your Owner card is your ID at checkout. Your Owner Number is the 12 digit number on the back. Request additional Associate cards with any Customer Service Team Member.

  • Set Up Communications
    Join our email list for weekly notices and sales. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook.

  • Set up Owner Tabs
    Add money and use it for a faster and more convenient checkout experience.

Account & Equity

  • Your equity share: Ask any Customer Service Team Member for an update on your status.

  • Equity payments: Do it either online or at a cash register.

  • Refund: To cancel your Ownership, speak to a Customer Service Supervisor.

  • Change contact info: Let us know in an email that includes your Owner Number, or talk to a Customer Service Team Member.

Unlocked Benefits

  • Owner Deals: rotating discounts on hundreds of items in-store just for you.

  • Owner Points: earn 1 point per $1 spent. 100 points = $1 off. Redeem during scheduled periods (aligned with Owner Drives) or save for later.

  • Buying Club: save when you buy by the case, and access an expanded inventory.

  • Owner Voting & Governance: vote in elections, run for the Board, attend meetings.

  • Programs & Events: discounts for classes and special deals during Owner Drives.
