Sure, you can pick up all the groceries you need for the week, but we want you to leave with more than just food...we want you to leave having chatted with a friend, learned something new and feeling great about what you're going to put on the table at home.
Our fabulous staff is passionate about great food. Everything we sell is thoughtfully chosen to meet our Product Standards. We get to know our farmers, our producers and our shoppers so we can create a little magic and bring you the best food at a great value.

Produce
The minute you walk through the front door of the Co-op, you'll be amazed by the beauty of our produce department! Our coolers and shelves are overflowing with an abundant selection of organic vegetables and fruits, locally grown varieties, and high quality seasonal produce. As you shop, you can learn about the farmers who grow your organic lettuce and kale, taste the sweetest local berries and find inspiration to cook up something amazing with what you find!
Our first priority is to bring you responsibly grown produce from within 100 miles of the Co-op. Then, we look for domestically grown organic produce, and after that, will bring in internationally grown organic produce if necessary, but only from countries that have fair labor laws and organic certification programs.
Meat & Sea
At the Co-op, you’ll never have to wonder about the quality of your meat and seafood. We believe great quality meats start with sustainable farms and compassionate and humane treatment of animals. All of the meats in our market are free of antibiotics and added hormones. You’ll find locally raised beef and pork, free range chicken, and sustainable seafood.
We take great pride in our selection of cheeses! We offer everything from locally made artisan cheeses to your everyday American. With over 100 varieties made with milk from cows that have not been treated with synthetic hormones, you might need some help choosing which ones to try. Just ask! We also have a full service deli for nitrate-free natural and organic sandwich meats and sliced cheeses. Don't see what you're looking for? We can do custom cuts and special orders anytime.
Deli & CafÉ
With dozens of unique items available every day, you'll surely be able to answer the gnawing question, "What's for lunch/dinner?" Everything we offer in the Deli & Café is made with love by our talented kitchen staff using the same, high quality ingredients we sell in the store.
Each morning, you can find fresh baked pastries and fair trade coffees. Each day, you can explore our soup, salad and hot bar— mix and match to make it your own, or, customize a sandwich at our made-to-order sandwich counter. Food sensitivities or special diet? We take great pride in always offering gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options. There's something for everyone here, every day of the week!

Grocery
Local, organic and non-GMO products are a priority throughout our store. We give preference to companies that employ sustainable practices in their production process and every item we sell has been carefully vetted according to our product guidelines to be chemical-free. From everyday staples such as local butter, milk and cage-free eggs, to specialty items and real-food alternatives to industry standards, our grocery aisles offer a multitude of products that allow you to enjoy one-stop shopping.

SPECIALTY FOODS
Our brand new Specialty Foods department is a combination of beer & wine and cheese! Our beer & wine collection is painstakingly curated to bring our customers uniquely crafted ciders, beers and wines with an emphasis on local and fair-trade products. You can also find a wide variety of cheeses, including a local selection.
Bulk
Our Bulk Department is devoted to bringing you high quality food and household goods in the most sustainable and affordable way possible. With minimal packaging, processing or labor, bulk products allow you to buy as much or as little as you want (get a pinch or a pound!) and save money while you help save the environment!
Our Bulk Department includes all the basics like rice, beans, grains, granola and nuts. You'll also find cooking oils, honey, maple syrup and nut butters. Don't forget coffee, tea and spices! We even have liquid soaps, shampoos and detergents to help you reduce the plastic packaging in other areas of your home!
Bring your own containers, visit our tare station, fill, label and purchase. It's that easy! Forgot your containers? No problem! We sell glass containers of all shapes and sizes and provide free disposables if you need.
Wellness
Wellness is all about being healthy inside and out. What you put on your body, goes into your body. Which is why our Wellness Department features products as pure as the food we sell. Whether you’re looking for supplements, vitamins, minerals and herbs, or all-natural toothpastes, sunscreens, soaps and beauty products, you can rest assured that if you find it here, it’s safe and effective.
To help ensure safety, we carry nationally renowned third party-tested supplements. To help ensure effectiveness, we remain committed to employee development and product training. And, like the rest of the Co-op, we are committed to offering a wide selection of affordable options, and supporting local producers and natural products.

Curbside Pick-up
In March 2020 we created a Curbside Pick-up program to help maintain access to good clean healthy foods in the midst of the pandemic. You can order anything we carry in the store for Curbside Pick-up, and it runs 7 days a week! For more info, check out the Curbside Pick-up page!
Our Cafe
Grab a sandwich, soup or something warm & tasty from the hot bar and have a seat in our cozy cafe! Enjoy our art gallery and some good company while you nourish your body & soul!
