You don’t have to worry about hydrogenated fats, artificial sweeteners, high fructose corn syrup and artificial flavors and colors, because we won't put products that contain them on our shelves.

Our produce department follows strict certified organic standards and our trained buyers research everything we consider selling to ensure products meet our guidelines. By eliminating all but the highest quality foods and products, we make healthy, ethical shopping easy for you.
As a cooperative, we believe in the power of economic democracy. Rather than imposing boycotts, we encourage you, and all shoppers, to vote with your dollars for the foods and products you enjoy buying from your Co-op.
While we make extraordinary efforts to ensure products meet our guidelines, sometimes formulations or ingredients can change without our knowledge. If you find something at the Co-op that falls short of our promise to you, please let us know!
